• We often work as TFP. On the occasion that we pay models, it usually matches going rate here in NYC for that type of modeling. we appreciate and understand that models may be accoustomed to higher rates based on their experience, the magazines they’ve been in, the size of their social following, and quality of modeling they do. • We typically respond to requests within 24 hours. • We very rarely book for minimum time periods – especially if we’ve not worked with the model before. That being said, our shoots aren’t usually any less than 2 hours. • Models need to be at least 18 years old. No exceptions. • We’re big on communication, especially via e-mail. We prefer that you contact us through regular e-mail: TalentSearch • If we contact you for a shoot, and for some reason you’re not interested in working with us, please be kind enough to send me a message letting us know. • If we’re booked for a shoot, we expect that you will show up on time, and if you’re running late, call to let us know. • We NEVER ask models to pose beyond what was previously agreed to. • We work fast, often doing several looks per shoot. For paid shoots… • We pay cash, at the end of the shoot. We do not pay in advance, and will not use checks, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods. • The clock starts ticking once we start taking pictures.
